Abstract

The method of order and prohibition in Omar Ibn Al-Khattab’s message in the judiciary, as it is a social text with a communicative function, valid for any time, deals with the perspective of pilgrims.

  For modular units only for modules, but on linguistic units only, it can be an explanation of the functions. The research was based on textual standards which correspond to the nature of the language, in demonstrating the function of the command and prohibiting styles within the text, and the possibility of these two methods on building an independent textual entity .

The speech ended in the text of the letter (Omar Ibn Al-Khattab in the judiciary), a building that was dominated by the order and prohibition method, and all the reasons for the text were combined in it.
