Abstract

The jurisprudence of Imam Abu Hanifa is considered a collective jurisprudence, and many of the students of Imam Abu Hanifa have emerged who had a great importance in Hanafi jurisprudence, and among these prominent students is Imam Zafar, who is considered the most famous of the Imam’s students after Abu Yusuf and Muhammad ibn al-Hasan al-Shaibani. Issues, Imam Zafar differed from the Imam in many jurisprudential issues, including those related to marriage difference .

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, it followed the inductive approach by extrapolating the views of Imam Abu Hanifa and Imam Zafar in the issues under discussion, and then analyzing the issues under discussion. The most correct opinion in the issues under discussion.

The study concluded by saying: The approach of Imam Abi Hanifa is dominated by the adoption of approval in contrast to analogy, while the approach of Imam Zufar prevails in the adoption of analogy in the interview of approval .
