The effects of Issa bin Aban on fundamentalism in the chapter of the Sunnah at the Hanafi jurisprudence

Abstract

    This research aims to show the impact of Issa bin Aban in the stability of several fundamentalist rules in the chapter of the Sunnah when the Hanafi jurisprudence, through statement of the most prominent aspects of his scientific biography, and his status in the doctrine,and to reveal the most important fundamentalist rules that came from him in the chapterof the Sunnah of what was transmitted by fundamentalists. During his research, the researcher adopted two main approaches: the inductive the approach and the descriptive analytical approach. One of the most prominent results of research: the fundamentalist jurist Issa bin Aban is one of the first to write in the origins of Hanafi jurisprudence, he was quoted by many fundamentalists, and he is the first to reveal the Hanafi approach in dealing with Sunnah in terms of acceptance and rejection, and it has a significant impact on stability of a number of the most important fundamentalist rules in the chapter of the Sunnah in the origins of the Hanafi, the most prominent of which were: Dividing Sunnah with considerations, in terms of the conveyor route, the apparent and internal interruption, and that the hadith scholars sent is stronger than the Musnad, and Hanafi has a special approach in chapter of Sunnah differs from approach of hadith scholars, and no approach is tried with origins of another approach.
