Abstract

This study dealt with civil responsibility for the error in artificial insemination, including the researcher to the nature of artificial insemination and the doctor's civil responsibility for errors in it, and this study dealt successively with artificial insemination, in terms of its definition and the definition of artificial insemination in Jordanian legislation and other legislation and its conditions, and that one of the most important conditions is the existence of a marital bond between the two parties to artificial insemination and that insemination is carried out in the event of a marital bond between its two parties, and last but not least that artificial insemination aims to treat infertility only and take The researcher also pillars of civil responsibility of the doctor for his error in artificial insemination, by shedding light on the concept of medical error in artificial insemination.and pictures of this error in the field of artificial insemination This study also dealt with research into the effects of proving civil responsibility against the doctor in artificial insemination, by indicating the compensation, its images and how to estimate it, and finally the researcher dealt with the conclusion and a set of results and recommendations.
