This study aims to clarify the meaning of “Unspoken Jurisprudential Ruling”, and it’s types, and the indication of each of the types, all according to Shafi'i jurists.

Its importance lies in the fact that it removes the contradiction in the Shafi'i statements about the meaning of this term, and knowing the adopted doctrine of the The Unspoken Jurisprudential rulings

The study clarified  the meaning of this term  by extrapolating the phrases of Shafi'i jurists on the unspoken Jurisprudential rulings, and it mentioned examples of jurisprudential applications from the most important book of the Shafi'is, that quotes Shafi'is jurists, which is the book of “Al-Aziz sharhul  Wajeez” by Imam Al-Rafi'i
