Job security and its impact on sustainable development: A Maqasid jurisprudential study

 From a Maqasid perspective, the issue of job security and its impact on sustainable development is considered one of the topics that have a significant impact in building the ladder of coexistence and spreading reassurance, which helps in raising the degree of the Islamic financial economy. The objectives of Islamic Sharia have been based on the term job security, relying in that on what Islamic Sharia has stated in preserving necessities.  Especially the purpose of saving money, so this research aimed to explain the concept of job security, sustainable development, and the objectives of Sharia, and to address the position of jurisprudence on achieving job security and its impact on sustainable development, leading to the restriction of job security from the perspective of the objectives of Sharia and its impact on sustainable development. It was adopted  The research was based on the inductive approach in tracing texts related to the subject, and the analytical approach through analyzing the collected legal evidence and jurisprudential texts. The research reached results, among which was that achieving job security is one of the conditions agreed upon in the employment contract, as the contract may not be terminated without  Satisfaction of both parties, as well as the effective role played by the objectives of Islamic Sharia in encouraging the presence of job security in society and the impact of this on sustainable development, while emphasizing that Islamic Sharia takes precedence in establishing the concepts of job security and sustainable development.
