ABSTRACT

Objectives: This study dealt with fundamental rules related to the fundamental impediment. The study aims to explain the reality of the fundamental rules related to the impediment, an explanation of the sections of the impediment related to the rules, a statement and inventory of the most important fundamental rules related to the impediment, and to highlight the role and impact of the rules in contemporary applications.

 Methods: In studying this research, I adopted the descriptive analytical method based on induction, where I collected scientific material and classified it according to the principles of scientific research.
