بحثت هذه الدراسة حول التصرفات الانفرادية المسقطة للحق، وهو دراسة فقهية مقارنة، ويعتبر من الموضوعات ذات العلاقة الوثيقة في حياتنا، فهو موضوع حساس قديماً وحديثاً، واشتمل البحث على بيان أراء الفقهاء في مسائل الإسقاط وإبراز الأدلة والحجج فيما ذهبوا إليه، مبيناً القول الراجح وسبب الترجيح .
