(A comparative analytical study)

Abstract

This current research aims to analyze and compare the concept of faith and its issues between Imam Shafi’i and scholars of his school of thought.

The research reached the results by investigating the sources of Imam Shafi’i’s beliefs, introducing the scholars who influenced his jurisprudence, and examining his views on the concept of faith, including its relationship to ratification and legislative composition and its deficiency, with an attempt to analyze what was collected from the texts.

The research concludes that the liberation of what was transmitted from Imam Al-Shafi’i and its verification appears through the scholars and investigators of the doctrine, and that the truth of faith is the same for all.
