There are many jurisprudential rulings, taking into account the objectives of the taxpayers and the expressions that indicate their objectives. The principles of Imam Malik appear in its jurisprudential branches, and the details of Al-eenah rulings show the doctrine’s care for the objectives of the sailors through their Intention and words, between Karahah and prohibition. The sailors is unable to elicit his actions to the principles of Sharia, and this is obligatory on Mujtahids, who are able to elicit simple actions in the diligence of the sailors to their legal facts, meanings and purposes, between being an agency to purchase, or an advance that brings benefit to the lender, and other things from adapting the actions of the sailors, through textual study of the narration and its explanation in the approved sources in the Maliki doctrine.
