Abstract

                                                                                                                  ABSTRACT

    This study contains the Guide of Unspecified public Intersests, in terms of its concept, authority, types and precepts, and statement of the Jurisprudence of Muslim Minorities and the opinion of contemporary scholars in the launching of this jurisprudence, It also contains the issues related to the jurisprudence of Muslim minorities and the inference of the evidence of Unspecified public Intersests therein.

    The study concluded that the Unspecified public Intersests was a significant and important guide, and its precepts should be follow when inferred in matters of jurisprudence, and that minority jurisprudence was part of general jurisprudence and was valid; everyone agrees on its Implication into account the circumstances of the Muslim minority of rulership their issue. In conclusion, this study concluded with a few findings and recommendations.
