Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the effect of ensuring the harm resulting from deception in Islamic jurisprudence, and to explain its ancient and contemporary jurisprudential applications. The researchers followed the inductive approach and the deductive approach in order to achieve the desired goal of this research. The study yielded many results, including: that transactions and contracts What takes place between people should be far from deception, deception, cheating and fraud, and there are many cases in which the damage resulting from deception must be guaranteed when it is confirmed that it has occurred, especially when deception occurs in sales contracts and medical errors.
