 Allah the Almighty revealed the Sharia to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, in general and comprehensive for all aspects of life, and ordered the Muslim to know the ruling of Allah the Almighty in the matters he needs in his life, including the rulings related to hybrid animals. This study dealt with the subject of the jurisprudential rulings related to the hybrid animal, the definition of hybridization, its types, objectives, negatives and ruling, the difference between it and genetic modification, genetic engineering, and cloning, and the jurisprudential rulings related to the hybrid animal in terms of the purity of animals in general, the purity of the animal's origin, the purity of the hybrid animal born between a pure and an impure or between two impure things, the ruling on sacrificing hybrid animals or slaughtering them as an aqiqah, the ruling on exposing them to hunting in the sanctuary, and the share of the owner of the hybrid animal from the spoils of war.
