Abstract

This study dealt with the permanence in the wrongful killing of the soul in the Malikis by defining their blood money, the legitimacy of the blood money, and the principles of the items considered in the evaluation of the blood money, and the value of each of these classes, as well as what they are not considered among the principles considered in the evaluation of the religion, and comparing each issue Among these issues with other jurists who violated them in opinion, and the evidence of every opinion on the different issues in them.

Then the study showed the estimates of the statements in the contemporary time, while the role of the Fatwa and the seminars that discussed the ingredients of the ancient weights, and what is equal to it in the current era, whether by estimating camels, gold, silver, or contemporary currencies of some Arab countries.
