Abstract

In the first section, the study dealt with the provisions of revocation of three important financial contracts in Jordanian civil law: partnership, sponsorship, and transfer. The researcher started by explaining the definition of each contract and its types and then explaining the revocation provisions in terms of conditions, effects, and permitted cases. He also dealt with the procedures and mechanisms of recourse in each contract. In the second paper, the researcher focused on the return and return provisions in three of the main financial donation contracts: donations and gifts, bequests, and Waqf. He discussed the definition of each contract and its requirements in Jordanian civil law. Then he reviewed the conditions and effects of revocation and the cases in which it is permissible to revert. He also outlined the procedures and mechanisms of recourse in each contract. Thus, the study provided a comprehensive analysis of the provisions of return and return in various financial contracts contained in the Jordanian civil code, the study adopted the descriptive approach where it described the scientific material and studied the factors of change that occurred in it and adopted the comparative approach where the study compared the phenomena related to the research and the study concluded that the legitimate solution Disputes.
