Abstract

This study aims to explain the relationship of the absolute word to the additional Al-bedaa according to Imam Al-Shatibi( ), and to explain the absolutes of Sharia and its restrictions, in addition to explaining when the actions of the people fall within albadda of additional albadaa.

The study concluded that the principle of evidence is that it should be applied in general, and that it is not permissible to restrict it except by what is specified in the year, such as the book (Qur’an), the Sunnah, Ijma'a , or Al-Qiyas, and that the obligation of the person adult to a specific method, number, or time for a matter is legitimate and absolute, not restricted by anything. It is considered an additional Bedaa if it is believed to be Sunnah, but if it is not believed to be Sunnah, do not be an innovator
