Justice and its relationship to some fundamentalist rules

Abstract

The study aims to explain the concept of justice according to the scholars of principles in the schools of jurisprudence, and its legal rooting in the Holy Qur’an, the Sunnah of the prophet, and the actions of the companions, may God be pleased with him, while highlighting its pillars on which it is based, along with the representation, and its relationship to some rules.

Fundamentalism such as exception, specification, and preference. In this study, we followed the inductive and deductive approach, by following the sayings their concept of justice, of the followers of the four schools of thought and with their use of it in fundamental investigations and the rules of Haat. The research concluded by choosing an appropriate definition of adolescence and the extent of its relationship by fundamentalist rules.
