Abstract

This research deals with: Investigation and study of the manuscript: "Zahr Alrruba Fi Bayan Ahkam Alrriba" by its author: Muhammad bin Sulayman Al-Kurdi Al-Shafi'i: (d. 1194 AH).

He collected the rulings of usury according to the four schools of thought, benefiting from the hadith: "Alrriba bide Wasabeun Shueba …", then he detailed the statement of each of the four schools of thought in explaining the rulings of usury and its causes, and concluded the research with a warning against eating usury and explaining its danger, as he cited a number of hadiths warning against eating usury.

I divided the research into two sections:

The first section: Studying the author and the book according to the inductive method.

The second section: Studying and investigating the text, according to the method followed in investigating manuscripts.

The research aims to introduce the author and investigate the book scientifically.
