Contractual Guarantees Applications In Murabaha sale (Electronic Murabaha Credit Card as a model )

Abstract

The study aims to clarify the extent to which Islamic banks guarantee the contract in the electronic Murabaha card. The study begins with the descriptive approach by presenting the scientific material that constitutes the parts of the research and its issues, explaining the meaning of contract guarantee in Islamic jurisprudence, then presenting the reality of the Murabaha contract conducted by Islamic banks, then shedding light on the reality of the Murabaha card in terms of its concept, how it is issued, its working mechanism and the controls of using it, by reviewing the issues related to the electronic Murabaha card in Islamic jurisprudence sources according to the inductive approach, then the researchers showed through the analytical approach the juristic characterization of the operations of the card of the Murabaha card, and the jurisprudential analysis of it.
