The Compatibility with the Sharia Objectives of the Paradigm Ruling in the Revelation of Purity and Prayer An applied study in the Shafi School

Abstract

The research into the “Objectives of Sharia” is to be considered one of the important matters, as it reveals the interest that attaches the legally responsible individual commitment to the legislator’s ruling, weather it is a requirement, a choice, or a situation. Here comes this study to reveal the objectives of the wise legislator in the rule of paradigm “Asl”, and the one that was excluded from the normative one. This is by presenting the basic ruling in the chapters of “Purity and Prayer”, as well as the exceptions to that basic principle, and presenting the legislator’s intent in the rule of the normative and the exception. Then the conclusion to the results of which the most important is: that Sharia law made a purpose for the normative legal ruling, and another different purpose for the ruling that was excluded from the normative one; caring for what is the interest of the legally responsible individual.
