Abstract

The study dealt with the jurisprudential differences in the options of sale mentioned in the book Al-Bahr Al-Ra'iq, an explanation of Kanz Al-Daqa'iq by Ibn Nujaym Al-Hanafi; where the meaning of the jurisprudential differences was explained, and Ibn Nujaym and his approach in presenting the differences in the options of sale were defined, and what differences he mentioned, and it was dealt with by: presenting the text of the difference, explaining its forms and the similarity between them, and revealing the aspect of the difference and its justifications, and we followed in explaining these differences the inductive, analytical, and deductive method, and we reached many results, the most important of which are: Ibn Nujaym did not follow a single methodology in mentioning the differences in the options of sale and explaining them, and he frequently transferred the differences from others, and the multiple forms of the differences and not being limited to the issues of options of sale, and accordingly the forms of similarity between them and the justifications for the differences varied.
