  The Holy Qur'an is the book of Allah Almighty, which carries with it a sublime message to all people, through a miraculous wise text, carrying between its Surah and its verses eloquence that surpassed the eloquence of those who knew their eloquence and surpassed others with their eloquence. The Holy Qur'an came from Allah Almighty as a miraculous text characterized by organic and objective unity, and textual coherence in harmony and consistency. This study seeks to delve into the study and analysis of the Qur'anic Surah, following a unique approach, which is the linguistics of the text, through textual standards; to demonstrate rhetorical coherence in the Qur'anic text, consistency and harmony, and to achieve the doctrinal and educational purpose. The study begins with the definition of the text in the linguistic and idiomatic context, and a statement of what concerns it in Arab and Western thought. The study then presents the seven textual criteria through Surah Al-Qara'a.
