حديث ابن عباس رض ي الله عنهما في الجمع بين الصلاتين بغير عذر )دراسة تحليلية(
Abstract
ABSTRACT: This study aims to explain the ruling on combining prayers in urban areas, as there was a hadith narrated by Abbas, may God be pleased with him, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, combined the noon and afternoon prayers and the dusk and evening (isha’) prayers in Al Madina without rain or travel. When he was asked about the reason for that, he said, “He did not want to embarrass his nation”. This study aimed to find out the narration and knowledge of this hadith, as in the first section I discussed the chain of transmission of the hadith with its various narrations and narrators, and clarified the ruling of hadith scholars on it and its narrator. as for the second section, the study dealt with the method of jurists in directing the hadith of Ibn Abbas and how they used it as evidence for the ruling on combining prayers. The study relied on the inductive approach in tracking the methods of hadith and the sayings of hadith scholars and jurists regarding hadith. To reach a comprehensive ruling on the issue under discussion, one of the most important results was that the hadith of Ibn Abbas is an authentic hadith and that combining prayers in urban areas is permissible as long as it is not taken as a habit.
