Abstract

     Assessing judicial performance and court efficiency presents a major challenge for judicial inspection bodies, primarily because the judiciary’s inherent independence and unique status preclude the straightforward application of numerous evaluation and oversight methodologies typical of administrative entities. Therefore, establishing an effective justice system requires a nuanced approach to developing a work ethos that drives the advancement of high-quality court services, thereby strengthening public confidence in the judiciary. This also involves implementing a system that monitors quality, productivity, and efficiency to guarantee ongoing enhancement and cultivate an internal setting distinguished by inspirational leadership. Utilizing a descriptive-analytical method, This study, employing a descriptive-analytical methodology, examines the foundational principles followed by inspectors within the provisions of the Federal Law of the United Arab Emirates and its recent amendments, by elucidating their operational mechanisms and the resultant impact of their procedures.
