Abstract

 This study dealt with: the means of proving breastfeeding in the Maliki school of thought, and what these means in proving the sanctity between those who wanted to marry, or the kinship of breastfeeding between them after the marriage, and the other conditions accompanying the evidence of breastfeeding such as the dowry in its entitlement to the woman, as well as the study indicated the testimony of women and their acceptance in these places, and the conditions that are available in these places, Women, in the event of their testimony, are alone, and the study also showed the evidence in which the Malikis was taken as they went to, and those who agreed with them from the other doctrines and those who disagreed with them.

 The research has followed the inductive approach, the comparative approach, and the analytical approach.

The study was concluded to several results, including: the means of proving the feeding of the Malikiyah four: the approval of the spouses, the approval of the parents, the testimony, and the extensive fascist hearing certificate, including: it is desirable to his motivation with the Malikis while the separation is required; Because this is one of the suspicions that a person must be infected with his religion and its offer, including: the woman deserves the whole dowry, sometimes half the dowry, and sometimes a quarter of a dinar, and sometimes it does not deserve anything.
