Partial objectives of the objective of ease in Islamic jurisprudence Tayammum as a model
Abstract
This study aims to clarify the partial objectives in the chapter on tayammum, which fall under the objective of ease. It follows an inductive approach to deduce the sources of the partial objectives, and an analytical-deductive approach to clarify the relationship between these objectives and the objective of ease. It also explains the jurisprudential impact of these partial objectives on the chapter on tayammum. The study addresses the topic by defining the terminology, starting with the objectives and their types, then moving on to defining the objective of ease, establishing its foundations, and clarifying its causes and importance. The aim is to extract two partial objectives in the chapter on tayammum, establish their foundations, and their impact on the construction of rulings. It also explains the relationship of each to the objective of ease. The study concludes that the objective of maintaining purity and preventive medicine are partial objectives for the legislation of a number of rulings on tayammum. The study recommends studying the remaining partial objectives and the legislative wisdom of the rulings of jurisprudence in its various chapters, which relate to the objective of high ease in Islamic law.
