Abstract

       This research deals with a study rule (facts of things are fixed), as applied sample for what Mutakallimeen of Ahell Assunis formulated in their books of entire (total) speeches and doctrineane rules, which suits to be firm rules that the researcher, the purpose of this research is to clarify the concept of the vocabulary of this rule, and tries to explain it and analyze it and highlighting the views on its argument and discussing the its objector, and find the most prominent its applications of Mutakallimeen of Ahell Asunnis, to reach its objectives, we have sought to extrapolate and analyze texts of Mutakallimeen of Ahell Asunnis, and deduced the relationship between the rule and its particles, and criticism of opinions, and discussed it, until this research  found several results.
