Abstract

Abstract
This paper aims to highlight the efforts of the Hanafi school in legal jurisprudential canonization and clarify its connection to establishing Sharia objectives. This is achieved by deducing the objectives of the most significant applications of minor legal maxims and jurisprudential regulations related to Sharia-based policy according to the Hanafis, and demonstrating their impact on objective-based reasoning. The research consists of two chapters and a conclusion. The first chapter defines Sharia-based policy within the Hanafi school and examines the most important minor rules and jurisprudential regulations associated with it. The second chapter explores the objective-based impact of these rules and regulations. Due to the nature of the study, an inductive approach was employed to gather textual material, alongside deductive and analytical methods to extract the key minor rules, jurisprudential regulations, and their objectives, while illustrating their influence on objective-based reasoning. The study reached several conclusions, most notably that objective-based reasoning is a recognized method among Hanafis, as embodied in the applications of minor rules and jurisprudential regulations within the domain of Sharia-based policy.
