The research dealt with the issue of fundamental differences between the general and the specific , and the problem of the study was what are the differences between the General and the specific ?

The research included an introduction and two chapters . The introduction covered the definition of the science of jurisprudence and its topics, the first chapter included general and specific definition of fundamentalists and related terms in three demands, the first defines the general for fundamentalists and the second defines the specific for fundamentalists and the third includes the relevant terms, and the second chapter includes fundamental differences between  general and specific subjects, it has three demands, the first includes differences between general and specific definitions, the second includes differences in the general topics , and the third contains differences between the specific topics .
