The innovator and the fundamental issues related to it
(An authentic study in the schools of the fundamentalist speakers)
Summary
The study aimed to reveal the concept of an innovator among fundamentalists and scholars of creed, and the fundamentalist issues related to it.
To reach that, the study analyzed the words of the scholars of beliefs and principles in their use of the term innovator, and its dimensions, as well as the course of comparison between fundamentalist opinions, their analysis and extrapolation of the differing issues of the innovator.
The study concluded that the innovator in the fundamentals is: the one who opposes in his belief the method of the Sunnah and the group, while in the branches he is: the doer of what contradicts the legal evidence.
It also concluded that if the term innovator is used in the books of principles and beliefs, then it is likely that what is meant by it is; An innovator in creeds, such as the Kharijites and others, and that an innovator may disbelieve in his heresy, or commit immorality, or not commit immorality.
And that the fundamentalists discussed with regard to the innovator: the convening of consensus with him, and the preference of the Sunni narration over him if the contradiction occurred, and that it is not a condition for ijtihad not to be heresy, just as the fatwa of the immoral innovator is not applied except in his own right.
