Abstract

  This study discussed the developments that the world has witnessed in the Internet and its impact on the sanctity of private life, which has become subject to many violations, and penal and constitutional protection.

   The problem of the study is that Jordanian laws are contradictory and incomplete. Therefore, new legal texts must be issued in order to achieve better legal protection, which I will study in 3 sections.

   The comparative study called for amending the Jordanian cybercrime law, and dealing with the sanctity of private life in texts 3, 4 and 5, because the incoming legal protection is for electronic space, not for private protection.
