Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • I / we acknowledge that the research is authentic and is my / us work and is not submitted for publication to any other party or scientific conference, and otherwise I / we bear all legal responsibility for all intellectual and material rights of others
  • I/We agree to publish the manuscript in the journal by any means, and I waive the right to publish and authorize to the journal.
  • I/we are committed to paying all financial expenses resulting from the review of the research in the event that I/we wish to withdraw the research or not follow the procedures for its publication after sending it to review.
  • I / We pledge to follow by the publishing instructions of the journal and all decisions of the editorial board.
  • I/We agree that I/we do not have the right/right to dispose of the research in any way if I agree to publish it, except after obtaining a written approval from the editor-in-chief of the journal.
  • I/we acknowledge that the research is not extracted from any published work, otherwise the editor-in-chief must be notified (mentioning this in the notes sent to the editor in the submission).

Author Guidelines

  1. The research submitted for publication in the journal is required not to have been published or submitted for publication in another journal, and the researcher must submit a written acknowledgment of this when submitting the manuscript for publication.

  2. If the research is funded by a party, the researcher must indicate this and submit a document written by the supporting body addressed to the editor-in-chief of the journal stating that it does not object to publishing the research.

  3. All research submitted for publication in the journal is subject to strict scientific review according to the applicable rules, while maintaining the confidentiality of the review.

  4. All research are subject to a plagiarism check before they are sent for review.

  5. The review criteria include: the scientific originality of the research, the extent to which it is added to knowledge, its applicability, its methodology, its method, its results, the extent to which scientific originality is taken into account, academic writing style, and the smoothness of presentation style.

  6. The journal may request amendments to be made to the research before it is approved for publication, and it also has the right of “editing” to the approved research.

  7. The journal reserves the right not to publish any research without giving reasons, and its decision is final.

  8. After acceptance, the copyright of the research becomes for the journal, and the researcher may not publish it in any other journal.

  9. The researcher is obligated to pay the financial expenses resulting from the review procedures if the researcher wishes to stop them after proceeding with them, or it is proven to the commission that the researcher has violated the terms of publication by committing plagiarism or publishing his research in another journal during the course of the review procedures and before receiving the final decision of the reviewers to reject his research.

  10. The opinions expressed in the research published in the journal express the opinions of the researchers themselves, and do not necessarily reflect the policy of The World Islamic Sciences & Education University or the journal’s editorial board.

  11. The order of research in the journal is subject to technical standards deemed by the editorial board.
