Abstract
The Space of Place in the Novel "I Believe in You" by Laila Bashar Al-Kloub

The study dealt with research and analysis of the spatial formation in the novel "I Believe in You" by the Jordanian novelist Laila Bashar Al-Kloub. And its importance, and the relationship of space to personality, and the relationship of space to time, and the relationship of space to events. The results of the study showed that the space of the place in the novel was not meant by the physical geography as much as that space gave it connotations to the narrative, so it became clear the importance of the place as an effective technique in the fictional text, which the novelist became interested in its smallest details to shape it in proportion to the general atmosphere of the fictional text. It also showed the close relationship between the space of place, personalities, time and events.
