This study aims to identify the role of Palestinian universities in preparing their students for the knowledge society. The sample of the study consisted of students of the last academic level in both the Islamic University of Gaza and Al-Aqsa University, and their number reached (320) male and female students, or (4.24%). It came with a medium score, with a relative weight of (66.84%). There are no statistically significant differences in the degree to which Palestinian universities play their role in preparing their students for the knowledge society from the point of view of their students due to the study variables (sex, college, cumulative average). There are statistically significant differences in the degree The role of the Palestinian universities in preparing their students for the knowledge society from the point of view of their students is due to the university variable in favor of the Islamic University; In the light of the results, the researcher presented the most important recommendations: providing financial support and grants for the dissemination of knowledge and practical research, caring for gifted students and training them on innovative knowledge, supporting the translation of foreign references and books, universities owning educational programs that develop students' abilities to access knowledge.
