Abstract

The study aimed to suggest educational requirements “ Ways of Development to The Research Creativity Among Students of Jordanian Government Universities. The sample of the quantitative investigation consists from (384) female and male students chosen from Jordanian government universities, and the study tool was represented by a questionnaire consisting of four areas, distributed over (49) paragraphs,The quantitative study found that the ways to develop research creativity for students of public universities with a mean of (3.35) and a high degree,The results showed statistically significant differences at the significance level (a = 0.05) attributed to the gender in the field of teaching research courses for the favor of males and in the field of incentives, rewards and generating research ideas for favor of females, The results showed statistically significant differences at the significance level (a = 0.05) according to the faculty  in the research environment of the university, and in favor of the scientific and humanities. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (a = 0.05) according to the academic level in the areas of incentives, rewards, generation of research ideas, and teaching of research jointly and separately, between bachelor’s, higher diploma, master’s and doctorate, are the favour of the higher certificate. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (a = 0.05) according to the university of jordan in the areas of incentives and rewards, generating research ideas jointly and separatley for favor of Jordan unversity  and the unversity of science and technology.
