Abstract

This research aims to clarify the indicators of climate change expected to occur on the elements of water resources (temperature, rain) in southern Jordan, and to achieve the goal, reliance was made on the data of the meteorological station in the two basins (Feynan, Al-Yatam) and by relying on equations, mathematical and statistical models, and geographic information systems techniques During the period (1990-2020).

The study concluded that there is a clear fluctuation in the aforementioned climatic elements around the average, and it was found that there is a positive trend in the elements of water resources.

     The research also ended with some results and recommendations that, if taken into account, will help reduce the causes of climate change and limit them.
