الاحتياجات التدريبية اللازمة لمعلمي اللغة العربية ومعلماتها للمرحلة الأساسية في مديرية التربية والتعليم للواء المزار الجنوبي

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the training needs of Arabic language teachers for the basic stage in the Directorate of Education of the Southern Mazar District.  As well as identifying the differences in determining the training needs of Arabic language teachers and teachers for the basic stage in the Directorate of Education of the Southern Mazar District, according to the difference in the two variables: (teaching experience and academic qualification). The researcher used the (descriptive approach) due to its suitability to the nature of the study.  The sample of the study included (150) Arabic language teachers for the basic stage in the Directorate of Education of the Southern Mazar District for the second semester of the year 2022/2023 AD, and the total number of them is (200).  The sample was chosen randomly.  The researcher referred to the questionnaires used in some previous studies, such as the study of (Al-Diyat, 2020) and (Al-Shammari, 2008) and developed them as a tool for collecting data and information related to the study, as it included five areas: (preparation, planning, implementation, goals, educational activities and evaluation).  The number of items on the scale as a whole was (30) items covering all aspects of the study tool.  The five-point Likert scale was used as a scale to distribute the response on the items.  Statistical treatments were used: (frequencies, percentages, Cronbach alpha coefficient, arithmetic averages, standard deviations, binary analysis of variance and Tukey HSD test).  (High) This indicates that the training needs are commensurate with the abilities and competencies of the teachers. It also indicated that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) in the training needs of Arabic language teachers for the basic stage in the Directorate of Education of the Southern Mazar District due to the two variables: (Teaching experience, and academic qualification).
