The degree of application of the directors of the North-West Badia brigade education schools for Total Quality Management and its relationship with the sustainable professional development of teachers

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree of application of the directors of schools of education and education of the north-western Badia brigade for Total Quality Management and its relationship with the sustainable professional development of teachers. To achieve the purpose of the study, the descriptive survey method was used, and a simple random sample was selected consisting of(300) teachers from the schools of the Directorate of education and education of the North-West Badia brigade, and a tool was used consisting of (40) paragraphs distributed on two axes, the first is the application of school principals for Total Quality Management and the second is the level of sustainable professional development of teachers, and its truthfulness and consistency were confirmed, and the results of the study showed that the degree of application of school principals of the North-West Badia brigade for Total Quality Management from the point of view of teachers is high in all areas from the point of view of teachers, and my account reached (2.51). The level of sustainable professional development of teachers from the point of view of teachers was high in all areas from the point of view of teachers and with an arithmetic average of(2.48). The results of the study also showed that there is a statistically significant positive correlation at an indicative level (05.0≥α) between the degree of application of the principals of the north-western Badia brigade education schools to the areas of Total Quality Management and the level of sustainable professional development of teachers. In light of the results achieved, the researcher recommends a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: holding periodic workshops by the competent authorities in the Ministry of education to urge school principals towards directing teachers to conduct research, in addition to coordination between school principals and the Department of education and Information Technology in the Directorate of education to provide modern technologies necessary to serve the educational process and train teachers to use them.
