Abstract

The study aimed to identify the difficulties facing the participation of public school principals in the northern shrine Brigade in the Queen Rania Al-Abdullah award for Outstanding Director, the descriptive survey method was used, and the questionnaire was the study tool, the study was applied to all members of the community consisting of (50) directors and Headmistresses, the results showed that the difficulties preventing the participation of public school principals in the northern shrine Brigade in the Queen Rania Al-Abdullah award for outstanding director, came with an average grade, and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the difficulties preventing the participation of public school principals in the northern shrine Brigade in the Queen Rania Al-Abdullah award for outstanding director, came with an average grade, and the results showed that there were no significant differences in the difficulties preventing the participation of public school principals in the northern shrine brigade al Shamali at the Queen Rania Al Abdullah award for director There are significant differences in the variables (years of experience), and came in favor (10 years and more), and in light of the findings of the study, the researcher recommends increasing financial allocations to schools commensurate with their actual needs, and developing clear plans for the use of technology in education.
