Abstract

This study aimed to reveal the degree of availability of organizational leadership dimensions in school administrations in the light of digital transformation with its dimensions (human resources, operations, organizational strategies, organizational culture) as seen by public school teachers. For this purpose, the descriptive survey method was followed, and a questionnaire consisting of (28) was used as a tool for collecting study data. The study community consisted of all teachers of public schools affiliated to the Directorate of education in the Ramtha Brigade during the second semester of the academic year 2022/2023, and the analysis unit consisted of (550) teachers who were selected by a simple random sample Method. The study recommended the preparation and qualification of public school leaders in the field of organizational leadership in line with the requirements of digital transformation, and the expansion of the formation of work teams at the level of one research and various research inside and outside the school.
