The current study aimed to examining the The Effectiveness of Counseling Program based on the Experiential Theory in Improving Marital Adjustment Among the Married Female in Sultanate of Oman, The study population consisted of (85) those Married Female in Sultanate of Oman\ Muscat Governorate, and were selected using the intentional method, The individuals of the two groups were randomly nominated; (15) those Married Female as experimental group, and (15) those Married Female as a control group. This study relied on the semi-experimental method, In Order to achieve the aimed of the study, has been developed the Marital Adjustment scale, building a counseling program, and testing their psychometric properties before applying them. Results showed statistically significant differences at level of (α = 0.05) between the experimental and control groups in regards to the average performance of the members of each group on the Marital Adjustment post scale, these differences are attributed to the counseling program and in favor of the members of the experimental group. Furthermore, the results of the study also showed that there are no statistically significant differences at the level (α = 0.05) between the experimental and control groups in regards to the average performance of the members of each group on the Marital Adjustment post scale, Due to variables (age, educational level, number of years of marriage) and the interaction between them. The study concluded with anumber of recommendations, the most important of which are: Benefiting from the counseling program based on Experiential theory to help married female improve Marital Adjustment.
