Abstract

        This research aims to reveal the intersection of Qur’anic texts in the book “Al-Fath Al-Qudsi” by Al-Imad Al-Isfahani through the most prominent techniques of prose discourse represented by the phenomenon of intertextuality, a striking manifestation of the intertextual interactions represented by the mechanisms of quotation, inclusion, and referral. Intertextual interactions replete with aesthetic values ​​and expressive artistic manifestations. The motive is to explore the meanings of the text, explore its depths, reveal its interactions and artistic contents, and the extent to which prose creativity is linked to the mechanisms of modern criticism in light of the descriptive and analytical approach. The research concluded that: The attention of the writers of the Abbasid era to the technique of intertextuality in general and Al-Isfahani in particular. Al-Isfahani employs his Qur’anic intertextual meanings in order to present prominent topics and contents of interest to the Islamic nation. Qur’anic intertextuality is closely linked to the Abbasid call. Qur’anic intertextuality is one of the most prominent stylistic manifestations, which is represented by the techniques of quotation, inclusion, and suggestion, as meaning and citation, not as ornament and embellishment. The writer’s skill in investing in the semantic, suggestive, and aesthetic energies of Qur’anic intertextuality in rooting his ideas, deepening its meanings, and charging them with valuable energies filled with linguistic, pictorial, and aesthetic connotations. In narrating his letters, the writer fluctuates between poetry writing and literary letters.

    The study recommended that those interested in examining the extent to which Abbasid literature relate to the values ​​and manifestations of the Abbasid call. Examining the following books by Al-Isfahani is a comparative stylistic study.
