The movement of modern Arabic poetry flourished with the efforts of many poets, and Badr Shakir Al-Sayyab is considered a pioneer of this movement with his poetic production, which represented the first beginnings of this poetic type.
This research aims to provide a new reading in the product of the poet Badr Shaker Al-Sayyab by tracking the kinetics of poetic rhythm in selected poetic models, and these phenomena are: commitment and rotation, repetition, rhythm in the poetic image, and these poems were chosen because of their presence in critical studies, where it took a wide field and great interest, but what distinguishes this study is that these poems dealt with poetic rhythm, which was not addressed by previous studies.
