Building a model for innovative thinking extract from innovation theories and evaluation

Abstract

This study aims to build a model of innovative thinking through the presentation of theories that were interested in innovative thinking, the researcher followed the descriptive method analytical evaluation, the sample of the study consisted of eight theories on the topic of innovation and innovative thinking, and the study tool (3) questionnaires prepared by the researcher and used the cooper equation to calculate the ratio of the agreement of arbitrators for each questionnaire, and after studying the theories sample study, analysis and design of growth for each theory and discussion of its elements, the researcher came up to build a model of innovative thinking, based on the theory of innovation that was presented, and on the basis of The criteria for building models after they have been extracted from the criteria for building calendar models, determining the stages and elements of the model that has been built and the conditions of innovative thinking.
