The study aimed to identify the psychological needs and psychological and social support and their role in predicting the development of self-efficacy among a sample of children with visual and physical disabilities in Jordan, where the actual study sample consisted of (81) children with visual and physical disabilities in Jordan. The study concluded that the arithmetic mean of psychological and social support is (2.57), which is an average. And the arithmetic mean of psychological needs is (2.59), which is an average level. And that the arithmetic mean of self-efficacy is (2.45), which is an average level, and the study also found that there is a predictive ability for psychological needs and psychosocial support on self-efficacy, as these factors collectively explained (69.3%) of the explained variance in self-efficacy, and it was the most important factor The ability to predict self-efficacy is psychological needs, as it explained (64.1%) of the explained variance, and psychosocial support added (52%) of the explained variance, while the variables grade, gender, type of disability, and age did not contribute to predicting self-efficacy.

The study recommended the need to intensify psychological and social support in proportion to the psychological needs of children with visual and physical disabilities and their families.
