Abstract

The Process and the Transformation in the Poetry of Eman Abdel Hadi 

A semantical and linguistical approach

  This study attempts to research the process and transformation of the sentence in the poetry of the poet Iman Abdel Hadi in her book “Let it be”. The study will also highlight this transformation as a stylistic linguistic feature based on the poet’s attempt to change and reach. Moreover, the study will attempt to answer an important question, was the poet able to change, and did she achieve her desires in her attempts in the transformation. The study decided that it should be divided into two axes: the first: is the processing of thresholds in her poetry, and the second is the purposes of becoming, transformation, and their expressions. At the end, there will be a conclusion clarifying the results of the study, preceded by a theoretical introduction to the meaning of the term process (transformation) and its transition from philosophy to literature.
