Publication steps

  1. The research is submitted for publication to the Deanship of Scientific Research electronically on the website designated for each journal.

  2. The research is presented to the editorial board and is subject to preliminary review before sending it to the external reviewers. The authority has the right to apologize for not proceeding with the external review procedures or for accepting the research for publication at any stage without stating the reasons.

  3. The research is sent to two reviewers, provided that each of them responds within a maximum period of one month.

  • The research is accepted for publication if positive reports are received from the two reviewers, and after the researcher makes the required modifications, if any.

  • The search shall be refused if negative reports are received from both reviewers.

  • The research will be rejected if it is proven that the researcher has not committed to scientific authenticity or that he has violated the terms of publication.

  • The research is sent to a third reviewer to decide on its validity in the event that the reviewers receive reports, one of them negative and the other positive.

  1. After being notified of the required amendments, the researcher shall make the amendment according to the reviewers’ comments within a maximum period of (60) days from the date of his notification. If the researcher does not respond within the specified period, the procedures for publishing the research will be stopped.

  2. If the reviewer reports, after making sure that the amendments have been made, that the researcher has not committed to making the required amendments, the researcher is given a second and final opportunity of (30) days to make the amendments. The editorial board of scientific journals decides on the decision to accept or reject the publication of the research in the journal, and the researcher is informed of the board’s final decision.

  3. Acceptance notice is given to the researcher or researchers after making sure that the required modifications have been made to the research.

  4. Manuscripts accepted for publication are arranged according to the journal's policy.

  5. The research is proofread linguistically in its final revision and sent for formatting and then for publication.
