The Impact of Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity, and Innovation on Strategic Performance: A Moderated Mediation Analysis
Abstract
Purpose for paper that to discover how innovation mediates the connection among SP and DT in addition to Moderating role of cybersecurity in Jordan's private universities. The study involved managers at senior and middle management levels. The sample of the study was 250 directors at eighteen Jordanian private universities, through an electronic questionnaire. The sample was selected at random relative class, and the study relied on the quantitative approach of analytical descriptive method using structural equation modelling technique to analyze data and test hypotheses using the statistical program PLS- SEM. The results of the study revealed a statistically significant impact of DT on SP. They also revealed a significant impact of Innovation as a mediating factor in the connection among strategic performance and digital transformation in Jordanian private universities. Finally, the results revealed a lack of role for cybersecurity in modifying the link among DT & SP in Jordanian private universities. According to the results, Jordan's private universities must continue to pay attention to DT because it is concerned with a number of implications for strategic performance. And we must maintain and sustain a direction that promotes digital transformation and has clear future visions, continue attention to digital technologies along with the possession of equipment suited to those technologies’ education ", as well as the need for continued attention to academic programs to maintain high levels of quality of education.
