The Reality of Applying Administrative Leadership in Jordanian Public Universities from the Point of View of Faculty Members: A Case Study of Balqa Applied University

Abstract

The study aimed to measure the reality of the application of administrative leadership in Jordanian public universities from the point of view of the faculty members: A case study at Al-Balqa Applied University, the study sample consisted of (106) faculty members, and the descriptive analytical method was used, and the scale in its final form consisted of (20) items. The results of the study showed that the reality of the application of administrative leadership at Balqa Applied University from the point of view of the faculty members came with a medium degree of appreciation, and there are statistically significant differences in the reality of the application of administrative leadership at Balqa Applied University from the point of view of the faculty members of the overall scale that are attributed to the gender variable and in favor of females, and they are attributed The variable of specialization in favor of the humanities, and there were no differences due to the variable of academic rank.
