Abstract

This study aimed to know the impact of organizational culture on enhancing the total quality by applying it to a sample of the opinions of employees in the Supreme Council for Total Quality. The problem of the study was the lack of knowledge of the relationship between organizational culture and total quality. The hypothesis of the study is that there is a statistically significant relationship between organizational culture and total quality. The study adopted the descriptive analytical method to achieve the objectives.

A number of (50) questionnaires were distributed including all levels in the research community, and the study reached a set of findings, the most important of which proved the correlation between colleagues and quality in the Council. The study confirmed the existence of a statistically significant relationship to recognition, excellence and total quality. The study recommended a set of suggestions, the most important of which is the need to pay attention to the colleagues interpersonal relationships within the organization; work in a team spirit; and the need to pay attention to continuous stimulation in order to improve the psychological aspects of employees of the Supreme Council for Total Quality.
